Woof не плохой плагин но Для просмотра ссылки Войди или Зарегистрируйся на голову выше. Во-первых на много быстрее, во-вторых куда больше настроек и возможности для кастомизации. Тем более тут на форуме есть свежие версии. Рекомендую.

По поводу:

Чем плох Woocommerce + YITH WooCommerce Catalog Mode с миллионом дополнительных плагинов?

Каталог товаров от Huge-IT более прост в настройке и заточен именно под каталог/витрину, и то, что есть в понимании и сущности самого слова "каталог". И к нему также есть совместимые модули, но там зависит уже от нужд человека. А так его и одного может быть достаточно для магазина-каталога, что не скажешь про предложную компоновку.

А ПРО версия действительно нужна, так как дает возможность настроить вид каталога под себя, а не видеть скриншоты настроек у себя в панели вместо реальных. (но возможно, там идет привязка к домену и понадобится нулл).
