Do you have much products in yor shop? Mabye build in cache settings is anough or this better?

I was able to install the module by changing the minimum version in the file pagecha.php but running the test inside the module comes this error:

An error occured:
Cannot read URL, there is probably a redirection (Для просмотра ссылки Войди или Зарегистрируйся).
This may also occur when allow_url_fopen is enabled but SSL is not correctly configured on your server.
If you have SSL, please browse your back office with HTTPS.

Anyway, don't worry, it does not break the cache feature.
