I think the modules for cache/compressor/optimization are all modules create more problems than solve them.

Go to your PageSpeed "Cpanel" config , remove module Captcha, code (module) facebook , compress images, Sprite Images Generate Sprites, Minify Javascript files. I advise you not to install this module cache Ultimate
