Да, сервер с проверкой лицензии упал.

Что бы вылечить скрипт, перенесите проверку лицензии на сервер где лежит сайт:

спасибо. но я просто взял файлик storage/installed в нем были нули. и вписал туда серийник из шапки и все заработало

Версия нуленная, без малвари, проверенно. Обновил в шапке версию до 4.2
