Устанавливаю wordpress-seo-premium#7-9-null на нулевый сайт (Openserver) - русского языка нет, хотя вижу его в Languages. Стираю, устанавливаю wordpress-seo-premium#7-8-1-null - русский язык есть.
Переписываю файлами с заменой 7.8.1 на 7.9 - русский есть, вроде все работает.
Вопрос - почему сразу русского нет? И можно ли так обновлять?

В 7.9 не доглядел - отсутствует в архиве русский перевод *.mo - файл. Он у меня остался на стенде от предыдущего плагина.
Переписывать не стоит, могут быть непредвиденные нестыковки по количественному составу файлов. Можно перенести перевод.
Или просто берите свежий нулл с переводом.

Не знаю что за проблема, залил 7.9.1 и теперь у меня ни в одном анализе не видит ключевых слов и мета-описаний, будто их вообще нет. Хотя всё прописано.

может в 8.0 исправят эту ошибку, а может с моей стороны конфликты между плагинами, хотя для SEO, кроме YOAST вообще ничего не стоит

У меня немного другая проблема, на двух сайтах по-разному считает общее количество слов на странице. Статья, допустим, на 1000 слов, добавлена через Visual Composer, он пишет 520 слов. На другой сайт добавил ради прикола статью эту, там тоже другое значениеconfused:

На Sync бывает такое раз в два - три месяца. Чинят, как правило, быстро. 3-4 часа. Добавил альтернативные ссылки.
Собственно, и на Sync заработало через полтора часа.
