I also installed on 1.7.7.0, still not working. The front page of shop show live chat is offline.

Have you tested on another version ?

there is a bug on version 2.1.9 it does not work correctly it conflicts with other module

No, I just fresh installed and no any other modules, it can not be conflicts with other module.
