Ставлю на локале, после установки и запуска и в main.php и в login.php выдает:

Как найти ошибку ?

Вроде php выдает файл и номер строки, где по его мнению выпадает ошибка. Разве нет?
в противном случае придется пересмотреть все файлы шаблона, отвечающие за вывод основного содержимого.

Тогда бы можно было найти быстро.

admincp/login.php выдает вот такую строку: Warning: </if> tag not closed within template!
Всего одну.
А main.php выдает уже несколько десятков:

У меня такого не было после установки - смотреть что у Вас надо. Либо просто отключите Warning. Это всего навсего просто предупреждение.

Тоже не получилось установить

значит не только у меня не получается установить этот скрипт, т.е получается, но куча ошибок, да и на инглише все, может кто то делал русскую локализацию?

Тоже выдал ошибку но мне кажется проблема с доступом к базе SQL ... в конфиге надо покопаться...
а сам скриптик староват...

После настройки всех параметров (конфиг и коннект) запускаю строку сайт/install/installer.php - выдает чистую страницу с лого Иланс и все.
Что может быть не так? Вроде проверил все по инструкции по установке.
