В версии 5.2.3 пофиксили баг: Усилена защита папки для загрузки в поле «Загрузка файла» для блокировки исполняемых файлов PHP. Можно в принципе, в эту папку .haccess положить. В 5.2.4 исправили ошибку с токеном.

кажется важным, что в 5.2.3 добавили ALTCHA, для соответствия 152ФЗ неплохой вариант, чтобы не колхозить Яндекс Smart Captcha.
