Помощь You don't have permission to access?

Все ку.
Пытаюсь через статусы зайти в просмотр шаблонов, но выдает по ссылке на шаблон-
You don't have permission to access /mails/ru/account.html on this server.
Для интереса выставил права 777 включая все внутренние папки и файлы...но все равно...тишь да гладь...
Может проблема в htaccess?
