Дело в том, что в файле .htaccess содержатся сторонние правила реврайтов для Joomla, которые конфликтуют с правилами реврайтов скриптов WebAsyst:

Нужно удалить/закомментировать указанные выше строки, иначе правила реврайтов скриптов WebAsyst не будут работать.
