Но как он грузит сервер? у меня на сайт стоит ограничение на CPU сервера!

Поставил скрипт! Создал два пустых файла поставил права 666! поставил права на папку data! Запускаю скрипт! Но в эти файлы ничего не пишется они остаются пустыми! В чем может быть прабла?
