Помощь Prestashop for mobile app (apk and ipa )

I am searching prestashop for mobile app ... any mobile developer can't help to my website to create mobile app... they request 2500$ + over charge and don't give source code .... that is very difficult for create mobile app ...

php and java is different that i already know ...
