почему выдает вот такую фишку при запуске setup.php

права менял да менял на все даже все файлы сливал файлы на хост в бинарном и не в бинарном режиме ничего не действует поцкажите вчем проблема ???

Очень капризный скрипт (по отношению к хостингу) но за его возможности это не страшно, вот хостинги где он работает: Для просмотра ссылки Войди или Зарегистрируйся

Попробуй в .htaccess переименуй
